Services
InfoBuzz delivers three full support package services into the community, to provide one to one support where it is needed most.
One to One
One to One Targeted Intervention (Tier 2)
We provide this county-wide targeted intervention service for young people who are identified as experiencing difficulties with substances
Young people are referred to the service via the county’s Hub, dependent on their level of need as identified through the county-wide screening procedure.
They are offered a six week intervention that is designed to address both the level and extent of their use, why they are using, and how long they’ve been using.
This service is aimed at young people using drugs and/or alcohol in the 11-18 age group. It is normally an individual targeted service, however, in some circumstances where a small group of young people have similar substance use issues, we may offer the Tier 2 service as group delivery. [view pdf]
Breakthrough Mentoring
Breakthrough mentoring is individual, activity based, high quality mentoring. Many young people go through times when they need support from outside the school, college or family. If their emotional difficulties are not severe enough to warrant medical intervention, a safe place and a safe person to talk to can make the difference. InfoBuzz can allocate a mentor to provide regular, focused support for an agreed period of time. [view pdf]
Specialist Mentoring

Intensive/ Specialist Mentoring including “Breakthrough Plus”
InfoBuzz can provide regular, sustained, mentoring and support for young people in need. Each young person is allocated to a full time InfoBuzz team member who will maintain regular contact.
This service is aimed at young people with complex needs who are under 18 years old. The service is individually commissioned and customised in response to the mentoring needs of the young person. [view pdf]
