Project Worker
To support children to positively transition into education (Primary and secondary age children with SEMH and EHCP’s).
The main responsibilities include:

Providing transitions support to children and young people to enable them to return to education
-
Providing one to one support SEMH children, building relationships with the child and family, and supporting the child to transition into a new education environment

Provide support around all areas a child or young person might need to ensure a positive transition

Therapeutic Mentor
To support and empower Families/Young people and others through a variety of ongoing projects. (Projects are subject to change depending on funding).
The main responsibilities include:

Providing one to one therapeutic mentoring and support to the hidden victims of crime.

Delivering workshops/awareness sessions within schools and other outside organizations.
-
Delivering therapeutic art workshops in a variety of environments including alternative provision schools and prisons.
-
Delivering and coordinating therapeutic arts in Eastwood Park Women’s prison.
